The challenge
Slow mobile pages were wasting paid ad spend and suppressing subscription sign-ups.
The subscription flow was confusing, contributing to high early churn.
Our solution
We ran a Core Web Vitals audit and removed heavy scripts, optimized the hero and images, and reduced JavaScript to improve INP.
We rebuilt the Recharge subscription widget and customer portal and added Klaviyo winback and dunning flows.
We ran CRO tests on the PDP and subscribe-and-save offer.
